Ciroc Peach Jalapeno Kicker (Derek Vitale - Max's Oyster Bar)

CIROC PEACH JALAPENO KICKER

To be featured on Chef Bobby Flay's menu at the 2012 Sun Winefest at Mohegan Sun

1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Peach Vodka

1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Peach Sweet Tea

1/2 oz. Lemonade

1 tbsp Agave Syrup

2 limes

1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cut into small squares

Glassware: Tall Glass

Garnish: Jalapeno slice

 

In a shaker, muddle the lime, jalapeno, and agave. Put one scoop of ice in the shaker with the muddle ingredients. Add vodka and sweet tea. Pour into a tall glass.
